<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a load current. <P>SOLUTION: A reflux current flowing to a current mirror circuit 13 corresponding to a power transistor 11 and a reflux current flowing to a current mirror circuit 14 corresponding to a power transistor 12 during a period in which both the transistor 11 and the transistor 12 are controlled to off-states (blanking time) are detected by current detectors 5, 6.
