<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element and an organic electroluminescence display panel of which the light-emitting characteristics are hardly deteriorated by moisture. <P>SOLUTION: This is an organic electroluminescence display panel which is made of one or more of organic electroluminescence elements that are constructed of a first display electrode, one or more of organic functional layers containing a luminous layer made of an organic compound, and a second display electrode laminated in order, a resin material-contained membrane that carries the organic electroluminescence element and contains a resin material on the surface on the side facing the organic electroluminescence element, and a support substrate that carries the resin material-contained membrane.
