<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automation apparatus by which the state of the automation apparatus is efficiently grasped after reliably confirming presence of a forward customer and an operation state at the rear part of the apparatus, without allowing an attendant or a maintaining person at the rear part of the apparatus to go to the front part of the apparatus, and also a work is properly and rapidly performed. <P>SOLUTION: The automation apparatus includes: a photographing means for photographing a forward image; a front surface display means for displaying a customer operation screen; a rear surface display means for displaying an attendant/maintaining person operation screen; and a control means for controlling the respective means.
