<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance service management system quickly and appropriately responding to a call from a customer, improving the efficiency of the maintenance service of a trader responding to the call, and appropriately managing the progress state of the maintenance work. <P>SOLUTION: This maintenance service management system is provided with a plurality of data processing systems 1A-1C for the maintenance service management interactively communicatively connected to one another via a communication network 2. Each data processing system 1A (-1C) is provided with means 11, 12, and 15 for receiving the call related to the system equipment from the customer, means 13 and 15 for arranging a customer engineer according to the contents of the call, means 13-15 for managing the progress and the completion of the maintenance service by the customer engineer, and means 13, 14, 16, and 2 allowing the plurality of data processing systems 1A-1C to jointly use data used for the reception, the arrangement, and the management. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
