PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downstream side collection/delivery server related to an electronic reference point data provider efficiently drafting a session plan so as not to perform a wastefully observation in a step of a survey plan and efficiently performing a survey performed by a GPS interference positioning system in a step of executing the survey, to provide an information receiving terminal related to a surveyor, a collection/delivery system of electronic reference point data, a collection/delivery method for the electronic reference point data, a program for the collection/delivery server, and a program for the information receiving terminal.

SOLUTION: An upstream side collection/delivery server 40 related to an upstream side electronic reference point data provider 4 and the downstream side collection/delivery server 20 connected to the information receiving terminal 30 related to the surveyor 3 display high value added data such as image data related to the survey performed by the surveyor 3 by the GPS interference positioning method and the reference point position data of the electronic reference point 11 via a communication network 5.
