<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle driving system that collects and accumulates regenerative energy efficiently and that can constitute small, lightweight entire devices including those for accumulating and discharging the regenerative energy. <P>SOLUTION: By providing a rotor that conserves the regenerative energy inside an electric motor and by rotating the rotor by electric power generated when regenerative braking is applied, electric power of large capacity generated on braking can be accumulated efficiently, and rapid discharge becomes possible when large electric power is required when driving a vehicle and the like. Furthermore, because of the structure of utilizing the rotor already present inside the electric motor, the small, lightweight entire devices including those for accumulating and discharging the electric power can be constituted, with the functions of the conventional electric motor maintained as they are. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
