PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically change an auxiliary apparatus into the setting of a fixed internet-service provider. SOLUTION: The kind of a communication device is decided automatically on the basis of a program stored in a storage means while an interface means can output data, the input means of the communication device is emulated automatically so as to call a function in which the setting of the internet-service provider is changed, the input means of the communication device is emulated automatically on the basis of a password number annexed to the communication device so as to carry out the function in which the setting of the internet-service provider is changed, and the input means of the communication device is emulated automatically so as to alter the setting of the internet-service provider preset in the communication device into the setting of the fixed internet-service provider, thus solving the above problem.
