PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission/distribution system monitor with which the system's cross-section is easily available. SOLUTION: An equipment information collecting means 20 stores, in a current value information memory 21, an open/close information and an operation information for a system equipment disposed in a power system 1, a charging/power-failure information acquired based on the information, and a system information composed of the open/close information and the operation information. An equipment information storing means 22 periodically reads the system's cross-section information stored in the memory 21 and stores it in a database 23. The system's cross-section information at a specified time is read and outputted from the database 23, otherwise the open/close information and the operation information at the specified time are restored by reflecting a state change information up to the specified time based on the system's cross-section information similar to the specified time. A system's cross-section generating means 24 generates a system's cross-section information at the specific time based on the charging/power-failure information which is acquired by determining a charging/ power-failure state of a conductor equipment based on the restored open/close information, and the operation information as well as the restored open/close information and the operation information.
