<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a shipping company to evaluate a transportation company by transmitting/receiving information such as fare master data, shipping data and fare data between the transportation company and the shipping company. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a fare master file producing part 11, a shipping data file producing part 12, a fare calculation collating part 13, and a fare sum producing part 14. The fare master file producing part 11 takes in fare master data 31 from a delivery system 30 and stores the data in a fare master file. The shipping data file producing part 12 takes in shipping data 21 from a physical distribution system 20, stores the data in a shipping data file, and transfers the data to the delivery system. The fare calculation collating part 13 reads the fare master data and shipping data from the fare master file and the shipping data file respectively and calculate the fare, takes in fare data 23 demanded by the delivery system, compares the fare and the fare data, and informs the result of comparison if there is difference between them. The fare sum producing part 14 makes an inquiry for a shipped cargo and totalizes the actual expenses for the fare of the cargo. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
