摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device using ink for a hole injection layer with excellent hole injection property, which hardly coagulates, and prolongs the life of the EL element. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of cells, composed of the organic EL element comprising an anode, a cathode, a hole injection layer and a polymer light emitting layer arranged between the anode and the cathode, are two dimensionally arranged. The hole injection layer is formed by using aqueous ink in which, associated material of donor type molecule containing polythiophene derivative and acceptor type molecule containing polystyrene sulfonic acid derivative are dispersed, and of which, sulfuric acid ion density is 1 ppm or less, and the content of the component having molecular weight of 110,000 or less in terms of polystyrene sodium sulfonate at the aqueous gel permeation chromatogram measured by UV (254 nm) is less than 35% of total molecular weight. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
