PURPOSE: A method of preparing the titled product by preparing conventional red pepper paste and fermented soybean paste separately and then mixing the half product with a Houttuynia cordata extract is provided. The product has the original taste and nutrient of each red pepper paste and fermented soybean paste and also avoids the troublesome step of preparing the red pepper paste and fermented soybean paste before cooking. CONSTITUTION: Glutinous rice gruel is blended with red pepper powder and green tea powder in a ratio of 10:25:5 and fermented for about 10 days to make red pepper paste. Conventional fermented soybean paste is blended with mono-sodium glutamate and wormwood in a ratio of 35:3:3 to produce new fermented soybean paste, which is blended with a Houttuynia cordata extract and the obtained red pepper paste to prepare a final product. |
