PURPOSE: A vehicle door latch dead lock control apparatus is provided which enables door dead lock state not to be released by an artificial operation from the external with low cost using a shape memory alloy. CONSTITUTION: According to a dead lock apparatus of a door latch, the dead lock apparatus comprises an assistant lever(400) interlocked with the operation of a main lock lever by a key input signal. The assistant lever is operated by locking or unlocking the door dead lock state by a shape memory alloy whose shape is changed according to temperature variation. The assistant lever comprises a steel core(301) in a position in the inside of a top(400-1) and a bottom(400-2), and the shape memory alloy is combined with the steel core. And a thermal coil is connected to the steel core. |
