PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite fuse as a tip-type to make it down-sized and thin-typed, and propose a manufacturing method of the composite fuse by a lead frame mode and an injection molding technique of a resin mold so as to adapt itself to a mass production. SOLUTION: This composite fuse is constituted by installing and arranging current and temperature fuse elements 30, 40 between head parts 13, 14 of the lead members 11, 12 and the head part 15 which is capable of becoming the common electrode, and by sealing it in a resin package 20. This is the manufacturing method in which the resin package is carried out by an insertion- molding to the lead frame as a process to fix a base member 22 to the lead member strongly adhered to respective neck parts 13', 14', 15' of the lead members 11, 12 and the additional lead member 16 and adapts itself to the mass production as the tip type composite fuse with this arrangement and in which work efficiency can be improved.
