PURPOSE: A method for searching a fabricated program grammar of a machine-tools is provided to shorten the process time by searching beforehand whether the fabricated program grammar is written in normal or not before the fabrication program written by a numerical type control tool(NC) is set up to the NC, thereby stably protecting the workpiece and the machine since the error of the fabricated program is detected before a real fabrication. CONSTITUTION: A method for searching a fabricated program grammar of a machine-tools includes the steps of: requesting(S101) the fabrication of the workpiece; writing(S102) the fabricating program for each numerical type control tool(NC); implementing(S103) the grammar to be searched; selecting(S104) the block to be searched; reading(S105) the context of the grammar definition file; converting(S106) the characters in the search block into the capital character; deleting(S107) a blank line in the search block; implementing(S108) the grammar search in the defined block; determining(S109) whether the error is detected or not; displaying(S110) the contest of the error if the determined result in step(S109) is affirmative and going back to step(S105) if the determined result in step(S109) is negative; determining(S111) whether the search of the overall block is finished or not; and ending the process if the determined result in step(S111) is affirmative and going back to step(S105) if the determined result in step(S111) is negative.
