PURPOSE: Provided is a method of producing fermented tea by mixing Lonicera japonica, Houttuynia cordata, Platycodi Radix, oligo saccharide, Menthae Herba, etc. in a specified ratio and fermenting them. Therefore, the product has an excellent taste as well as effect on preventing cold, reducing hangover, promoting blood circulation and preventing various adult diseases. CONSTITUTION: About 30 to 40% by weight of Lonicera japonica is mixed with 20 to 25% by weight of Houttuynia cordata, 10 to 15% by weight of Saururus chinensis, 5 to 10% by weight of Puerariae Radix, 28 to 40% by weight of oligo saccharide and 1 to 2% by weight of Menthae Herba. The mixture is washed, ground, extracted and filtered. And the filtrate is saccharified, fermented and aged.
