PURPOSE: Provided is a cup transfer device of a vending machine which adjusts the location of a cup holder exactly by a location adjustment tool so that it helps to control the stop location of the cup holder delicately. CONSTITUTION: The cup transfer device of the vending machine comprises the parts of a cup holder; a tool(120) which drives the cup holder; a tool(130) which controls the location of the cup holder; and a tool(140) which adjusts the location of the cup holder and consists of a location adjustment groove(141a) at the external circumference side(135) of the sensing disk(131) and a roller(141) compressing the external circumference side of the sensing disk by an elastic member(142).
