<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a cellular telephone with a simple structure which has both the identity authentication function and the input device function. <P>SOLUTION: An array-shaped sensor 35 is arranged on the surface of the cellular telephone 31, so that the sensor 35 can detect both fingerprints of fingers and the movement of the fingers, the telephone 31 thereby is provided with a pointing device function required for a modern OS (operating system) and the identify authentication function.
