PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized wireless communication apparatus.

SOLUTION: The wireless communication apparatus is characterized in that it includes: a printed circuit board having a conductor face at a reference level; a circuit module having a circuit board inside an enclosure made of a conductive material, wherein the enclosure and the conductor face are fixed at a prescribed distance in a way that the bottom face of the enclosure and the conductor face are almost in parallel; a short-circuit conductor conducting the side face of the enclosure and the conductor face; a feeding conductor connected to the side face of the enclosure apart by a prescribed distance from the short-circuit conductor; and a communication control circuit section having a signal input output section to interconnect the feeding conductor and the conductor face.
