PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the best interference compensation characteristic against cross polarization interference without the need for remarkable addition of hardware items in the case of controlling transmission power by cross polarization independently. SOLUTION: Coefficient control units 68, 78 respectively control weight coefficients with respect to a transversal filter of a tap configuration used by interference compensators 67, 77 on the basis of transmission power control information from reception discrimination units 66, 76 for V and H polarization sides. The interference compensators 67, 77 control of an ordinary compensation range of them on the basis of the weighting coefficients from the coefficient control units 68, 78 to adjust an interference compensation amount.
