<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron source structural material wherein uniformity of an electron emission is superior, a low gate voltage action is possible, and a life-time is long, and provide a light-emitting display device using the same and wherein uniformity of a light emission is superior. <P>SOLUTION: A carbon nanotube group containing a bundle structured carbon nanotube with the average diameter 30 nm or less and the average length 3μm or less when a single-layered, a two-layered and a three-layered carbon nanotubes are changed into a bundle is made to be the electron source structural material, and this is used as the light-emitting display device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
