<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition for a photoelectric conversion element, a photoelectric conversion element and a manufacturing method thereof capable of realizing further high photoelectric conversion performance by sintering in a low-temperature condition, and to provide a photochemical battery using them. <P>SOLUTION: This coating composition for a photoelectric conversion element comprising a crystalline n-type semiconductor, titanium peroxide having an anatase type low-crystallinity and a low-boiling-point medium is applied to the upper surface of a transparent conductive film 2 formed on a transparent substrate 1, and sintered in a temperature condition of 50-250°C to form a semiconductor film 3 so that this photoelectric conversion element 10 is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
