摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web utilizing CTI system suitable for establishing a call center or a help desk by utilizing the Web as customer office counter work for sale of commodities or customer consultant. SOLUTION: The Web utilizing CTI system includes; a first control means for responding to the inquiry request during access to pages through a customer' s screen used by the customer, and displaying a phone number on the screen for specifying the person responsible terminal used by the best suited person responsible determined on the basis of the access view history and input information; a second control means for displaying the information, as the inquiry contents, containing the interesting item of the customer, who uses the customer' s terminal, generated by the access view history and input information when the call comes in voice communication to the phone number for specifying the person responsible terminal.
