PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data broadcast storage system for storing contents constituting data broadcast from the information digital broadcasted by extracting the contents without excess and insufficiency. SOLUTION: The data broadcast storage system comprises: a means 101 for extracting the constituting information of the block for constituting the contents of the data broadcast from the information; a means 101 for extracting each block for constituting the contents of the data broadcasting from the information by referring to the constituting information; a means 101 for preserving the extracted block in a temporary storage device 102 if the same block as the extracted block is not preserved in the storage device 102; and means 101, 103 for transferring all the blocks for constituting the contents from the temporary storage device to a storage device 104 if all the blocks for constituting the contents are preserved in the temporary storage device.
