PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide external connecting terminal structure for a speaker which is highly reliable and does not need any assembly process. SOLUTION: In a resin-molded frame 2 for the speaker 1; a yoke, a permanent magnet, a top plate, a voice coil, a diaphragm, and a cover are assembled. Voice coil terminals are connected to lead frames 9 insert-molded into the frame 2 which is connected to the voice coil terminals. In the swollen-out part 2a of the frame 2, a pair of spring inserting holes 2d are formed penetrating. A part of each lead frame 9 is exposed near the upper end of each inserting hole 2d inside it, and a volute spring 10 as an external connecting terminal is lightly press-fitted into each inserting hole 2d. Each volute spring 10 has spring portions at its both ends, and a leaf spring material in its outermost circumference is bent into a right angle, and a tab 10a is formed. On the tab 10a, a rib 10b being a protrusion 10b is formed. Each tab 10a is inserted into a slit 2e formed in each inserting hole 2d, and the upper ends of the spring portions are press-fitted to the lead frames 9 to perform electrical connection.
