PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for radio zone rental in limited space, in which users do not need to acquire authorization from public institutions and electric wave interference does not occur between the users. SOLUTION: The radio zone rental apparatus in limited space provides users with a radio communication service in a building structure provided with a communication facility that can shield an electric wave leaking out, and rents radio frequency bands available for communication facilities to users.
