PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp which can reflect heat rays within a bulb at an extremely high reflectance over a wide wavelength band while sufficiently permitting transmission of visible light emitted from a light-emitting part such as a filament, and can be produced inexpensively. SOLUTION: A bulb 91 covering a filament 93 of the lamp 90 has a structure that a layer 24 of a heat ray-reflecting material is formed on a glass substrate 23. The layer 24 of the heat ray-reflecting material has a laminate structure that a refractive index to heat rays is periodically changed in a laminating direction, and a width of change of the refractive index within one period is set so as to become at least 1.4, and an equivalent thickness per period is set so as to become 0.4-2μm.
