PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thinner push-on switch for the operating part of a small electronics apparatus mainly used as a portable type. SOLUTION: This thinner push-on switch is formed as follows: a central and outside fixed contact points 11 and 12 are formed in an exposed state on the inner bottom face of a recess in a case 10 made of an insulating resin; and a thickness from the inner bottom face of the recess to the bottom face of the case 10 is made to be thinner by forming flat portions 15D and 16B exposed on the bottom face of the case 10 in between both first terminals 13 or second terminals 14, especially at positions including the lower part of the recess, which protrude from the fixed contact points to the outside of the case 10 respectively.
