PURPOSE: A method for measuring engine noise is provided to measure engine noise within short time by using engine noise measuring program. CONSTITUTION: When measuring engine noise, all parameters are initialized(S100). Then, an operating status of a vehicle is inputted so as to determine whether or not an engine R.P.M is within a predetermined first range(S110,S120). Then, it is determined whether or not an error range of an accelerator pedal opening degree is within a second predetermined range(S130). Then, it is determined whether or not the engine R.P.M and the error range of the accelerator pedal opening degree are maintained for predetermined time(S140). After that, it is determined whether or not the accelerator pedal opening degree exceeds a third predetermined range(S150). Then, a noise measuring program is executed so as to measure engine noise(S160).
