PURPOSE: A self support type sinus washing appliance is provided to allow the operator to rapidly perform a washing work in a convenient manner, to eliminate any side effects due to the injection of antibiotics using an injector or through the mouth of a patient. CONSTITUTION: A self support type sinus washing pipe comprises an elongating pipe body(11), a nozzle(12) coupled to the tip end of the pipe body, and a connector(13) provided at the distal end of the pipe body for connecting the pipe body to a washing liquid injection device. The pipe body is made of stainless steel material having a strong corrosion-resistance property, while the nozzle is made of soft ceramic rubber, and the like. The nozzle is formed at the tip end thereof with an injection hole.
