<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform timely information transmission such as DM issuing or electronic mail distribution to clients who require more of relevant information in accordance with the occurrence of various events caused by an activity to be implemented at a prescribed period based upon the totalized utilization result for each cleaning request item for each store or the totalized utilization result for each cleaning request item for every client. <P>SOLUTION: The condition of article utilization is monitored for each item class for a fixed period. When the utilization of monitored articles for each item class reaches a peak of a prescribed quantity, at a period of rising which is a point of time first reaching the peak, an event is automatically scheduled following such rising as a trigger, and to a client who possibly utilizes the event article, information is transmitted together with an intrinsic picture corresponding to contents or an image of the event. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
