PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pay back the balance to a purchaser when a sales price becomes more inexpensive than a purchase price of the purchaser to the digital contents gradually becoming inexpensive.

SOLUTION: Service information is gathered from a service server, and contents purchase information is formed and controlled with respective users. The price is converted into a point with respective contents, and when a contents point converted at optional time according to prescribed algorithm is more inexpensive than a point when the user purchases the same contents before the point, a difference from a purchase time point of the last time is determined, and a point of the determined difference is converted into currency data, and is distributed to an accounting-settlement server.
