PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction whereby analysis of housekeeping book information in accordance with an object of a user can be performed and a concrete points to be improved in order to achieve the object can be provided to the user.

SOLUTION: When registering user information, a user information registration part 15 sets a reference housekeeping book information the user sets as the reference. A dissociation information processing part 17 extracts dissociation information between the housekeeping book information registered by the user and the reference housekeeping book information. A housekeeping book information provision processing part 18 provides the extracted dissociation information to the user along with the housekeeping book information.
