<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To not only reduce the weight of a hybrid vehicle but also to lower its cost. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises: a first battery; a second battery; a voltage converting member that convents voltages between a first power source voltage of the first battery and a second power source one of the second battery; a battery environments detecting part that detects battery environments; and an electric power transfer processing means 91 that transfers electric power from one battery to the other when a prescribed battery of the first and second batteries is put under prescribed environments.
