<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp high in flexibility which can change the direction of a holding part such as a wire harness, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The first member 10 to which either a thrust anchor 15 to be attached to a fixing part or a band 28 for holding a wire harness H, etc., is fixed, and the second member 20 to which the other of the thrust anchor and the band is fixed can engage with each other from axial direction capably of changing the angle of relative rotation around a common axis O of rotation. In either of both members, a large number of first projections 12 or recesses are made along the circumference centering upon the axis of relative rotation, and in the other member, a plurality of second projections 23, which restrict the relative rotation of both these members, engaging with first projections or recesses, in the condition that both these member engage with each other, are made. It is good to severally form end faces 11 and 22, which face each other in axial direction, at both members 11 and 22, and to form the first projections or recesses in either of both these end faces and the second projections on the other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
