PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electromagnetic wave shielding plastic plate with high transparency for easily manufacturing the plate without using adhesive and to provide the plastic plate. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin film having a conductive layer on a surface is arranged at a base part in a forming mold with the conductive layer up. A thermoplastic resin in a molted state is introduced on the layer. Then, it is cooled after introduction and the resin is frozen. Thus, the electromagnetic shielding plastic plate is manufactured.
