PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic temperature regulator with excellent durability capable of securely connecting a circuit and a wiring without fear of the wiring coming off from an outer terminal or a power source even after a long time of use, and a ceramic temperature regulating unit capable of securely connecting a circuit and a wiring and hardly degraded even if exposed to corrosive gas or the like. SOLUTION: With the ceramic temperature regulator with a circuit for temperature regulation formed on the surface of or inside a ceramic board and with an outer terminal connected at an end of the circuit, the outer terminal is equipped with a screw groove, through which, the wiring from the power source and the outer terminal are electrically connected, an at the same time, the outer terminal is screwed into a screw hole fitted at the end part of the circuit to be fixed.
