PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent operability of a user terminal for a user and to prevent hacking even when registered data are managed after the user is specified (authenticated) by sending blank mail to the user. SOLUTION: The URL of an HP for authentication is opened to the public in a television program. A user A inputs the URL to the user terminal 5 to access the authentication HP (system 1). The system 1 generates unique electronic mail address for each user and informs the user terminal 5 by using the authentication HP. The user A sends electronic mail including the reported unique electronic mail address as a destination to the system 1. Consequently, the system 1 can know that the user A is viewing the authentication HP, and then sends data for a registration HP for inputting registration data to the user terminal 5.
