PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive plate structure of a pack battery capable of preventing an insulating ring from being left out of fitting on the positive electrode of the battery. SOLUTION: The conductive plate of the pack battery consists in a nickel plate 4 whereto the insulating ring 1 is adhered in advance, and the insulating ring is fitted on the positive electrode 31 of each battery constituting the pack battery, and then the nickel plate is spot welded to the positive electrode of the battery.
