PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a closed circuit which operates as a resonance circuit from being formed in a network apparatus, when a speaker or speakers are not connected, or when the apparatus is shipped. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with input terminals 2a, 2b to which a sound signal from an amplifier 11 is inputted, filters 12, 13 formed using capacitors C and coils L to pass only specified band components of the sound signal, and output terminals 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b for outputting the sound signal components having passed the individual filters 12, 13. The apparatus is so formed that closed circuits comprising the capacitors C and the coils L are prevented from being formed, when cables 10 for connecting the speakers 8, 9 are not connected to the output terminals. The first terminal member 5-1 and the second terminal member 5-2 of the output terminals 3a, 3b; and the first terminal member 6-1 and the second terminal member 6-2 of the output terminals 4a, 4b; are connected with conductive members 7 attachable and detachable respectively.
