PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire fuse in which an assembling work of an electric wire connecting terminal against a protection cap part can be carried out easily. SOLUTION: A turning regulation protrusion 15c and a locking step part 15d are installed at a terminal through hole 15a of the protection cap part 15, and a flange part 17b and a turning regulation face 17c of the electric wire connecting terminal 17 are fitted. A circular groove 17f is installed at the circumferential face of the electric wire connecting terminal 17, and a seal ring 22B is housed. A circular groove 17g is formed at the circumferential face of the wire connecting terminal 17, and a locking protruding ridge 15f is formed at the inner peripheral face of the terminal through hole 15a of the protection cap part 15. When fitting the protection cap part 15 to the electric wire connecting terminal 17, the locking protruding ridge 15f is made to be elastically deformed and enlarged of its diameter while being compressed, and the locking protruding ridge 15f is engaged with the circular groove 17g.
