PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rearrange contents of a plurality of distribution servers so that when the contents are distributed, the concentration of a load on a specified distribution server is avoided. SOLUTION: The contents rearrangement management device for rearranging contents data stored in a plurality of distribution server devices has a log totaling part which totals access logs of the plurality of distribution server devices to calculate access frequencies by the contents, a rearrangement determination part which performs ordering based upon the access frequencies of the contents according to the access frequencies calculated by the log totaling part, and a rearrangement execution part which rearranges the contents according to the determination of the rearrangement determination part.
