PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operating mechanism in an operation tool that stops traveling while stepped out of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: The vehicle is provided with a braking arm 101 in which the traveling is stopped by the stepping operation of a braking pedal 33 installed in a turning edge, a braking lever 34 that is integrally fixed to the turning edge of the braking arm, a locking tool 110 for holding the braking arm 101 in a traveling stopping position, and a lock release lever 113 for releasing the function of the locking tool. The locking tool 110 is arranged at the lower part of the braking pedal 33, and the lock release lever 113 is arranged at the lower part of the braking lever 34. A cover 102 covers an upper portion of a connecting member 114 for connecting the locking tool 110 with the lock release lever 113. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
