PURPOSE: An apparatus for installing a window type air conditioner is provided to securely support the air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus includes a support bracket(30) having a seal part(32) mounted between a window frame and a bottom of an air conditioner, and a supporting part(33) attached on the bottom of the air conditioner to support the air conditioner, both of which are integrally formed; a supporting angle bar connected to the supporting part of the support bracket to support load of the air conditioner given to the supporting part; and an adjustor connecting the supporting angle bar and a wall to adjust supporting force by which the supporting angle bar supports the air conditioner by adjusting a gap between the supporting angle bar and the wall. The supporting angle bar is extended down in a direction perpendicular to the supporting part of the support bracket to allow the adjustor to be installed on a lower end thereof. The adjustor includes an adjusting bolt(50) connecting the supporting angle bar and the wall; and an adjusting nut(55) rotate to move with respect to the adjusting bolt, and attached to the supporting angle bar. |
