PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a premium event are provided to fast perform a business for giving a premium to a customer and receiving a returned article without issuing a purchase confirmation document during a premium event period. CONSTITUTION: Shop premium servers(20,30,40) store/manage the particulars of business, transaction, and sales, and all particulars generated in a shop for the premium event period by installing to each shop. A head office premium server(50) stores the particulars provided from the shop premium servers(20,30,40), and carries out the enterprise analysis based on the transactions and sales particulars, and the premium event particulars. A user part(10) transmits various kinds of sales and transactions particulars, and the premium giving particulars and the return processing particulars during the premium event to respective shop premium servers(20,30,40).
