PURPOSE: A PLL(Phase Lock Loop) filter stabilizing apparatus of a quantization apparatus is provided to prevent degradation of the PLL filter according to the resolution change of an analog signal during a process of quantizing the analog signal. CONSTITUTION: According to the quantization apparatus for quantizing an analog signal and a horizontal/vertical synchronous signal, a quantization part(10) quantizes the analog signal and the horizontal/vertical synchronous signal and detects a phase difference between the horizontal synchronous signal and a clock signal by generating the clock signal. A PLL filter(20) accumulates the phase difference between the detected horizontal synchronous signal and the clock signal in the form of a voltage or a current. A PLL protection part(30) removes the accumulated current or voltage. And a control part(40) controls the quantization part to sense a resolution of the analog signal from the vertical synchronous signal and to generate the corresponding clock signal according to the resolution, and controls the PLL protection part to remove the current or voltage accumulated in the PLL filter while changing the resolution of the analog signal.
