<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part radiation means where a space around a circuit board can be saved. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic part 21 generating heat such as IC, a transistor and CPU is mounted on the circuit board 19. An electromagnetic wave shielding member 23 covering the circuit board 19 is arranged on the circuit board 19 for cutting an electromagnetic wave generated from the electronic part 21 or that which is made incident on the electronic part 21 from outside. The electromagnetic wave shielding member 23 has electromagnetic wave shielding performance and has high heat conductivity and a recess 23a is formed on the member so that it is brought into contact with a flat upper face of the electronic part 21. The electromagnetic wave generated from the electronic part 21 is cut by the electromagnetic wave shielding member 23, and heat generated from the electromagnetic part 21 is radiated from the whole electromagnetic wave shielding member 23 through the recess 23a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
