<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business consignment system by a package dispatch of human resources in medical care and welfare fields wholly contracting a dispatch of human resources such as assistant nursers or carers and its business, securing employment of the assistant nursers or the carers, improving their skills, guaranteeing their incomes, saving wastes in costs of hospitals and welfare facilities, and being useful for preventing fraudulent demands. <P>SOLUTION: This business consignment system by the package dispatch of the human resources in the medical care and welfare fields is provided with an evaluation criterion setting means setting an evaluation criterion of the assistant nursers by an education, a training, and an operational experience, a private data file recording the evaluation criterion and other private data, and a selecting means selecting the assistant nursers from the private data file according to the situation of a consignment field. This system organizes a team by combining upper level assistant nursers of the evaluation criterion with lower level assistant nursers in a well balanced state by the selection means, dispatches the organized team, and performs the business consignment and management by the package dispatch of the assistant nursers in respective fields. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
