<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent errors such as mistaking a patient for another patient, or mistaking an examination or a therapy. <P>SOLUTION: This medical care information management device reads a patient's name and contents of medical care information related to the patient from medical care information database storing medical care information related to the patient and displays it on a monitor. When it is recognized that an inputted voice is converted into a character string and the converted character string and the patient's name displayed on the monitor are accorded with each other, the medical care information attached to the patient's name is read from the medical care information database and displayed on the monitor.
