<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method of an electronic component mounter for mounting an electronic component on a tray in which the simulation time approximate to the actual mounting time can be calculated. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 50 calculates the central position of each attracting position in a tray T by altering it to a matrix from the tray origin TO, calculates the average shift time at each attracting position when the drawing of a pallet P by a pallet introduction mechanism 32 is shifted, stores the average shift time in an RAM 52 as the drawing correction time by the pallet introduction mechanism, calculates the average time required for the pallet drawing operation by the pallet introduction mechanism while assuming the central position of the tray T as each attracting position, determines the pallet drawing time of a mounting step by adding/subtracting a correction time to/from the average time required for the pallet drawing operation, and displays the total time determined by accumulating the pallet drawing time calculated in the order of mounting step on a monitor 54. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
