PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a remote control signal from a remote control transmitter to two or more remote control receivers in distinction between the remote control receivers. SOLUTION: The remote control transmitter is provided with a transmission means having a plurality of light emitting elements which are arranged in parallel and have different emitted light wavelengths and a shielding means which shields outputs of the light emitting elements except one. Each remote control receiver is provided with a reception means having a plurality of light receiving elements which are arranged in parallel and have different peak sensitive wavelengths and a shielding means which shields inputs to the light receiving element except one.
